I-9 Compliance

New Hire Documentation

W4 - Every employee must fill out a withholding form
NC4 - Every NC employee must fill out the NC state withholding form
G4 - Every Georgia employee must fill out the Georgia withholding form
I9 - Every employee and employer must fill out an I9. These must be kept on file in your office. Failure to do so can result in significant fines and penalties.
W9 - Every person or subcontractor that is not an employee and you intend to pay, should fill out and submit a W9 to you.  The information on the W9 will be the basis for issuing 1099s at the end of the year.
